What You Pawn, I Will Redeem.

Quick little illustration based off of Sherman Alexie's short story titled What You Pawn, I Will Redeem. It's a dark and funny short story, and a very good read. Read it: go here.

Inked by hand and then colored in vectors. Took a trip down grunge lane for this one.

Sewing

Because if I'm not doing art, I'm sewing.

Just some pretty details

Shark/Tiger Spaceship

This spaceship was inspired by those WWII fighters that I could swear are sharks. But according to history those guys are supposed to be tigers...

Hermit Crabs and Vectoring

So been trying out vectors the last couple of weeks. And boy am I having fun.

Here's some hermit crabs for ya to look at.

My favorite was the adobe house! I love papel picados

Monterey Waters

Paintings from the edge of California. Specifically Monterey Bay.

Exploring Alameda

Was told that Alameda had cool painting spots. So I explored with a sketchbook and paints in hand.

This was from the lagoon that runs through the town.
